The J and J Holmes' "Meadowview" location is in south St. Cloud and was opened in 2024. This is a split-level house with the kitchen and dining room on the main floor. The upstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room while the downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom, utility room and living room. This home is a one-bedroom facility. It has a spacious yard with a deck, swing and many plants and trees. The consumer enjoys helping keep the home looking nice, having dance parties, cooking, going on van rides and shopping at local stores in the St. Cloud area.

The J and J Holmes' "Woodland" is situated off of 33rd Steet South. This one-bed licensed facility currently houses one female. This entire home is handicap accessible.

This program was developed to meet with needs of a long-term resident.

The consumer participates in some community activities including but not limited to going on walks, shopping and dining out. In the home the consumer enjoys watching movies and coloring.

The J and J Holmes' "Kings Way" is situated off of East Saint Germain Street. This four-bed licensed facility currently houses four females. Three of the four bedrooms are handicap accessible. The basement bedroom is non-handicap accessible. Two of the original residents lived at other J and J homes but this location was found to best support them with their accessibility needs.

The consumers participate in community activities and attend day programs to help with work and socialization skills. They enjoy dances, community baking events, bowling, shopping and dining out. When at home they enjoy playing games, doing puzzles, gardening and watching movies. The consumers love their home and enjoy living with each other.
